DISCLAIMER

  • We ideally need a minimum of three (3) days notice for grazing boxes and at least 14 days minimum for grazing tables. We require careful planning so that we can create something special for your event! If you need to place an order within or outside this timeframe, please contact us at letssaygraze@gmail.com to discuss options.

  • Changes to location, time or theme is to be notified at least 7 days prior to the event so that we can organise accordingly.

  • Let’s Say Graze cannot guarantee that our boxes and tables are 100% nut free so please note that there may be traces of nuts throughout our preparation and setup processes.

  • Let’s Say Graze does not recommend consuming or keeping food post event, in particular, table set ups.

  • Let’s Say Graze will set up at the designated venue and will require at least 1-4 hours of preparation and setting up depending on table size and menu. Please ensure that the venue can provide a table/s for the size of the graze.

  • Let's Say Graze requires a 50% deposit upon booking as this will secure the time and date of your event. The remaining 50% is required seven days prior to your event - if we haven't received the remaining amount within 3 days then the booking will be cancelled and the 50% deposit will be forfeited due to produce being ordered and organised.

  • Tables will include prop hire such as: wooden boxes, baskets, boards, utensils and platters. This is all to be cleaned and dried to the best of your ability prior to pick up or drop off. Any damages to the props will incur a fee of up to $50.00.

  • Drop off of props are to be delivered within 1-3 days to Hillside, Melbourne (free of charge) OR if the pick up option is chosen then Let's Say Graze will pick it up at the nominated address at a designated time (fee determined).
